Shipping Policy

How and when ELEVATED orders reach you.

Free shipping

Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹59, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days of your order, and we aim to dispatch the next day.
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code.
• You will get a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, checkout will tell you.

Cash on delivery

Where cash on delivery (COD) is available for your pin code, you will see it at checkout, along with any COD conditions.

Delays

Weather, strikes, festivals and courier issues can cause delays that are outside our control. If your order is late, email hello@elevatedstore.in with your order number. Replies are sent between 11:00 am to 5:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday (closed on Indian public holidays and festivals).

Wrong address

Please check your address and pin code before you pay. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge re-shipping.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel looks opened or damaged, please record a video while opening it and email us the same day.
