Return & Refund Policy – ELEVATED

At ELEVATED, we aim to provide high-quality menswear and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our standardized policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges or replacements are typically delivered within 7–10 working days once the request is approved.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must be intact and attached to the garment.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All returns are subject to a quality inspection by our team before a refund or exchange is processed.

3. How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

  • Details Required: Please provide your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear images/videos of the product if requested.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • A flat return shipping and processing fee of ₹89 applies to all approved returns.
  • This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Instructions for shipping the product back will be shared once your request is approved.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once the product passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit only.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and COD service fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed outer package being opened for the first time, clearly highlighting the defect.
  • Requests without a valid opening video will not be entertained to prevent fraudulent claims.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Mandatory Confirmation: All COD orders require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
  • ELEVATED reserves the right to disable the COD option for customers with a history of repeated order refusals or failed deliveries.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Products missing original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased during specific "Final Sale" events (unless received damaged).
