1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, ELEVATED ships across all serviceable pin codes in India.

International shipping is not currently available unless explicitly stated for specific collections.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

Business Hours: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
3. Shipping Charges (India)

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to all orders below ₹999.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Surcharge: All COD orders carry an additional service charge of ₹49.

COD availability is subject to courier serviceability in your specific pin code.
4. Mandatory COD Confirmation

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure successful delivery, order confirmation via call and/or WhatsApp is mandatory for all Cash on Delivery orders.

Our team will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of your order placement.

Note: Unconfirmed COD orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.
5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated Delivery: Most orders reach our customers within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays beyond our control.

Customers are advised to monitor their shipment status for real-time updates on delivery attempts.
7. Address Accuracy & Re-shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including the correct pin code and a reachable contact number.

ELEVATED is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-shipping charges may apply to send the package again.
