These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by ELEVATED (a brand of M/S LAMBA AND SON) and the purchase of products from it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • ELEVATED reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while placing an order, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details.

  • Any misuse of the website, services, or policies may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

  • Product images are for representation purposes; slight color or print variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods include prepaid options (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Charges: A standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Free Shipping: Available on prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.

  • COD Surcharge: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional service charge of ₹119.

  • Timelines: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery timelines generally range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Mandatory Confirmation: Every COD order requires confirmation via call and/or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Our team will attempt to contact you within 24 hours of order placement. Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled.

  • ELEVATED reserves the right to disable COD for customers with a history of repeated order refusals or failed deliveries.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy allows for requests to be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

  • A flat return shipping and processing fee of ₹80 will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: To qualify for a replacement or refund, customers must provide an unedited opening video of the package showing the sealed outer packaging and the product being opened for the first time.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including logos, designs, graphics, text, and images—is the property of ELEVATED and M/S LAMBA AND SON.

  • ELEVATED is a trading brand operated under the legal trademark "elvtd."

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ELEVATED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the updated Terms are published.
